The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. You will serve a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner service along with functions as the restaurant is a popular venue for celebrations. The kitchen team is long serving and a long established business.

The Role
Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
Kitchen Management duties
Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
