The Role
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

About You
Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous background in a quality-led kitchen
AA Rosette experience desirable
Passion for fresh, modern British cuisine
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and own transport required
