An opportunity has become available to join the Olive Team at one of our prestigious sites in Experian Way Nottingham, NG2 1EP Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 6.30am 3.00pm Starting Salary: £28,750 Benefits: Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays increasing up to 33 days (pro-rata for part-time) Enhanced Sick Pay: Up to 4 weeks full pay Free Meals: All Team Members receive a free meal and refreshments on duty Wellbeing Support: Free access to confidential personal support, which includes counselling and financial or legal advice through our Employee Assistance Programme. What youll be doing as aSous Chef: Assisting with preparation of all food and beverages ensuring that the highest standards are maintained. To assist with menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, as appropriate. Help to ensure the smooth running of the contract at all times, especially during times of sickness, holiday etc
Our ideal Sous Chef should: Be passionate about providing fantastic food and be able to work effectively within a team. Possess excellent culinary skills, as well as being aware of current food trends to help ensure that our food offer is innovative and imaginative. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will need to be passionate about providing excellent food and customer service and your skills in these areas must be first class. You will have the ability to drive our business forward with exacting standards and an attention to detail. Be able to demonstrate an understanding of cost control to ensure you help achieve budgetary targets, as well as having a positive can do attitude. Who are Olive Catering?
