Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Duties and responsibilities related to the Sous Chef role 

• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Lead by example, managing and motivating the team to maintain smooth and organised operations.
• Lead menu planning, recipe development, and the implementation of culinary standards.
• Oversee food preparation and plating to ensure consistency, portion control, and adherence to recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet service requirements and enhance guest satisfaction.

About You

You will have proven experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or high-volume kitchen. A skilled culinary professional, you bring strong leadership and organisational abilities, along with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
