What you'll be doing Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Leading shifts and guiding junior chefs
Bringing ideas for menus and specials
Cooking with fresh, local ingredients
Keeping the kitchen organised, clean, and safe
What we're looking for A Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie with proven experience
Confidence running busy services and leading a team
Passion for great food and creative seasonal menus
