Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We are currently recruiting talented and passionate Sous Chefs to support a variety of sites in the Gillingham area.
About the Role:
As a Sous Chef working through our agency, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of kitchens while showcasing your skills in high-quality food preparation and service. Your duties may include:
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining consistency
- Managing kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met
- Keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy periods
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Confidence working independently and within different teams
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Reliability, adaptability, and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
