Are you an experienced Sous Chef, ready to join a growing and exciting project? We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef to manage and supply our multi-outlet food operations, deliver exceptional dishes, and shape the future of our menus.

About the Role as Sous Chef , you'll oversee all aspects of your area in the kitchen management, including:
Menu Development - Create and present dishes to the specified standards.
Team Leadership - Train, motivate, and develop any junior members of the team.
Stock & Cost Control - Assist with stock systems, monitor waste and GP targets.
Compliance & Standards - Ensure food safety, hygiene regulations
Operational Excellence - Produce food in a timely manner to an exeptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
Be a leader in the team kitchen
Produce excellant food.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Support and collaborate with the Head Chef, General Manager and Front of House team for seamless service.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar setting.
Strong communications and teamwork is essential.
Expertise in food safety, cost control, and multi-outlet operations.
