WE'RE HIRING: Sous Chef (Film, TV & Music Catering)

We are a hot boxing catering company working in the TV, film, and music industries. Based at our production kitchen in Wembley. 

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Sous Chef to join our crew and help feed the entertainment industry!

This is an incredible opportunity for a driven chef who wants to take their career to the next level, with a direct pathway to stepping up as Head Chef.

What we need from you:
  • Valid UTR Number: This is a self-employed position, so you must be registered as self-employed.
  • Valid Certificates: Up-to-date Food Hygiene (Level 2 minimum) and Food Allergen Awareness certificates are required.
  • Early Riser: Due to the nature of production schedules and the morning rush to get hot boxes out the door, early starts are absolutely essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with high-volume batch cooking or Film catering experience.
  • Attitude: A cool head under pressure, strong teamwork skills, and an uncompromising standard for food quality before it leaves the kitchen


DRIVER not essential but would be a benefit
