Tonic Talent are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at our clients high-quality restaurant in Birmingham. You'll work closely with the senior team, contributing to the creation and delivery of a unique fixed menu. If you're a dedicated chef with a passion for the finest ingredients and innovative cooking, we'd love to hear from you. What we're looking for in Sous Chef candidates: A minimum of 1 years experience as Sous Chef within a Michelin-starred restaurant (Or equivalent)
Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
A genuine passion for your craft
