About the role Job Title: Sous Chef School Location: Westonbirt School, Tetbury, GL8 Working Days: 5 days out of 7 Shifts & Working hours: Mainly 10.30am-7pm (40 hours per week) Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year (5.6 weeks holiday) Pay Details: £33,000 per year What will I be doing? Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+) May include some counter service / till work Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
