Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver excellent food standards
Oversee preparation and service, ensuring quality and consistency
Assist with menu development and daily specials
Manage stock levels and ordering
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Deputise for the Head Chef when required
Ensure smooth daily operations and team development
