With a salary of up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) and clear opportunities to grow, this Sous Chef role is ideal for someone ready to build on strong foundations and elevate their culinary career.
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef while taking real ownership of food standards, consistency, and service delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to support menu development, assist with ordering and cost control, and confidently lead the kitchen during the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring every plate leaving the pass reflects the expectations of a rosette-awarded operation.
This Sous Chef position also allows you to mentor and develop junior chefs, refine your leadership style, and deepen your understanding of the commercial and operational side of a successful kitchen.
