Key Responsibilities: Assisting the team in the day-to-day running of the canteen and kitchen, including planning and implementation of new procedures and concepts Ensuring that all food served is of the highest quality Training and supervising all new staff in the safe preparation of food items Ensuring that health procedures are followed in accordance with HACCP regulations Ensuring that par stock levels are maintained Ensuring that all deliveries are cross-checked with purchase orders, and that all stock delivered is counted/weighed and verified with the delivery note Ensuring that all deliveries are stored correctly as soon as possible after arri...
