My client, a stunning boutique hotel situated in the heart of the Scottish highlands, is currently looking for a new Sous Chef for their Michelin starred restaurant.
The Restaurant enjoys a fantastic reputation and the menu changes each season with all ingredients being locally sourced and foraged.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a Michelin restaurant before but will certainly have extensive fine dining experience.
The salary for the Sous Chef role is £35,000 per annum. Plus Tronc.
Live in accommodation cane be provided at just £60 per week and this includes Wifi, council tax and all bills which is really good.
