Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen and develop into a leadership role:
Support and deputise for the Head Chef in all kitchen operations Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff Assist with menu planning and development, gaining more autonomy over time Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Support cost control, stock management, and ordering Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Work closely with management to deliver excellent service
