Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Designer with experience in architecture, spatial, exhibition, installation or interior design to join our growing team and contribute to a range of design-led projects. You will be involved in developing and realising concepts for installations, spatial projects and exhibitions of varying scales, supporting the creative process from concept design to fabrication and delivery. You will also contribute to the wider delivery of key projects including development of strategies, production of visual materials and documentation.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across creative disciplines, is confident with design software, and is also willing to get hands-on in a workshop or on project sites. You’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas to the table, take ownership of design tasks, and grow within a collaborative and ambitious studio environment.


We are looking for a talented individual who is self-motivated, eager to collaborate and work within a team, confident to develop ideas and push creative boundaries, and willing to take a hands-on and adaptable approach.

Types of Projects:

  • Range of projects from physical design installations to exhibitions, events and in-person activations that engage the architecture, design and built environment industry and academia, to digital campaigns across channels and social media. Projects both in the UK and internationally.
  • The role will also include developing the graphics, documentations and branding and visual design of projects and the supporting promotional materials.


Skills and experience:

  • Experience in architecture, spatial design or built environment fields. Experience with exhibition or installation design is ideal 
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software necessary (Rhino preferable).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication of ideas both verbally and visually, with confidence to present and articulate ideas.
  • Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and proactivity.
  • Experience or interest in hands-on fabrication, model making, or workshop processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and participate in multiple projects at once.
  • Experience working with social media and digital platforms is preferable.
