You will: Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement and monitor the school's SEND policy, ensuring compliance with the SEN Code of Practice. Assessment & Provision: Oversee the identification and assessment of pupils with SEND, coordinating appropriate interventions and personalised learning plans (EHCPs, IEPs).
