Special Needs Teaching Assistant required to support KS1 children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), Complex Learning Needs, SEMH and Sensory processing differences in a Romford School. Are you a nurturing, proactive and fun Special Needs Teaching Assistant with a passion to make a difference to a young life? To start as soon as possible - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (term time only) Special Needs Teaching Assistant Role: * To work alongside the class Teacher in supporting the student with their learning. * To work with the children as 1:1 support, in small groups and within the classroom setting. * Good communication, organisational skills, patient and fun. * Experience and knowledge working with students that have ASD, Sensory, SEMH and Complex Learning Needs. * Qualified with a L2/L3 Teaching Assistant, Care or SEND qualification.
