Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding role where your support will truly count. Preferred Skills: Minimum 6 months of experience working with children or young people (ideally in a school or SEN setting). Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one). Eligibility to work in the UK and references from recent employers. Should be able to work long-term full-time, 5 days a week, between 8.30 AM to 3.30 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of Special needs. Assist the teacher with different classroom activities. Support classroom routines, behaviour management, and personal care when necessary. Encourage student participation and build their confidence.
