Our client is looking for an experienced Asset Systems And Data Manager
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, integrity and security of the systems and data related to the Social Investment and Property’s strategic asset management activities for the Council’s Property Portfolio, ensuring good practice and robustness in data management practices and systems.
Responsible for the collection of all relevant data, working with other service areas and act as point of contact for asset system users across all service areas, developing and providing training solutions and query resolution as required.
Provide analytical outputs, support and guidance across the service to facilitate data driven decision making for investment decisions, project management, to ensure transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making across all asset management activities fostering a culture of compliance and best practice.
Essential:
* Experience of working with data for the purposes of asset management and property issues
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to use IT systems to analyse and present large and complex data sets to provide insights and support decision making
