A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and dedicated Specialist SEN Teacher to join a recently established provision supporting pupils with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This role is ideal for a teacher with experience in supporting autistic children and learners with additional developmental or learning needs, particularly within EYFS and KS1.

The provision supports young children aged 4 – 7 with a wide range of needs, including those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Pupils benefit from a tailored, inclusive, and nurturing environment that enables them to thrive within their local community. You will work closely with a supportive team of Specialist SEN Teachers and wider professionals to deliver a bespoke curriculum that promotes independence, communication, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful progress.

The school is committed to an inclusive philosophy where every child is valued and supported to achieve their full potential. Staff work collaboratively to provide high‑quality specialist provision, personalised learning pathways, and strong partnerships with families. The school believes in high expectations for all pupils with SEND and provides a curriculum designed to meet a diverse range of needs.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a teacher passionate about SEND who wants to contribute to a strong, forward‑thinking educational community. Ongoing training, professional development, and opportunities for collaboration across phases are available. In return, the school seeks a committed professional with high aspirations for children with additional needs and a determination to ensure they receive the support, structure, and encouragement needed to flourish.

If you would like an informal discussion about the role or to arrange a visit, please contact Georgie Smith at Inspire EHC.
