Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000neg + £20,000 bonus & benefits package

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Underfloor Power Distribution will involve:

* Specification Sales Manager position selling a manufactured range of under floor power distribution solutions for workstations

* Focusing on commercial office space projects

* All of your time will be spent selling to building service engineers, electrical consultants and specifiers

* First year target circa £450k

* Average order values between £30k-£40k

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Underfloor Power Distribution with:

* Must have specification sales experience selling electrical / lighting systems to building service engineers & consultants

* Must be able to present a technical solution

* Must be a true business developer
