True Consulting is partnering with a global leader in commercial HVAC and applied solutions. With decades of engineering innovation, this company has built a reputation as a trusted partner to Contractors and Consultants across the UK, delivering high-performance, energy-efficient systems for complex commercial projects.
We’re now looking for a Specification Sales Manager to cover the South West and Wales region, selling a market-leading range of HVAC products to both Contractors and Consultants. This is a key position focused on driving sales growth across the region by building strong relationships, delivering technical support, and ensuring solutions are specified and delivered on time.
In this role, you’ll work closely with consultants to influence specifications at the design stage, while also supporting contractors through project execution and delivery. You’ll be backed by a highly experienced internal applications and service team, with access to one of the most respected product portfolios in the sector - including chillers, AHUs, heat pumps, and low-carbon solutions.
Using a modern CRM and a structured account management approach, you’ll be responsible for developing both new and existing business, with a particular focus on medium to large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
