Join us as an Area Specification Manager North of EnglandWienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.About the roleAs an Area Specification Manager, you will be trusted to build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and internal teams. Youll deliver high-quality project outcomes by ensuring our full product range is specified on the right projects and handed over for successful delivery.Duties also include:Influencing project specifications using established propositions such as OneSpecIdentifying, logging, and managing projects within the CRM systemTracking projects through each stage of the pipeline and supporting conversion to ordersCollaborating with sales, technical, and commercial teams to provide joined-up supportDelivering CPD sessions and attending industry networking eventsMaintaining accurate CRM records and providing progress updates to stakeholdersSupporting marketing activity through case studies and project insightsThrough your work, youll help strengthen our presence in the regional specification community. The role also plays an important part in delivering value for our customers and supporting our wider commercial goals.Youll find opportunities to develop your career, build expertise, and collaborate with colleagues across functions and regions.This role covers the North of England, with regular travel across the region.Working hours: Full time, Monday to FridayAbout youEssentialGood experience within building products or the construction industryStrong experience engaging with architects and specifiersConfidence in managing specification projects from concept to handoverStrong technical understanding of construction productsGood experience using CRM systems to manage pipelinesClear communication and presentation skillsFull UK Driving Licence and flexibility for regular travelDesirableExperience with specification tools such as OneSpec or similar platformsCommercial or sales experience within constructionExperience supporting marketing or case study developmentAbout our BenefitsSalary - competitiveSales bonusYoull have 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
