Key responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions Support individuals with communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs Work as part of a dynamic MDT including OT, Physio, Nursing, Psychology and more Develop individualised therapy plans in inpatient, community or residential settings Provide advice, training and support to carers, families, and professionals Contribute to service development and best-practice clinical careEssential criteria HCPC registration Postgraduate qualification recognised by the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) Clinical experience working with ABI, PNC, and complex neurological or physical conditions Competency in dysphagia management Strong interpersonal and collaborative working skills Passion for delivering holistic, person-centred careBenefits: Competitive salary up to £48,000 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Contributory pension scheme Flexible benefits including: Discounted gym membership IT technology schemes (lapto...
