We are now looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated and multidisciplinary team in the Kingston region.

About the Role

You will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse communication needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Working collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred interventions across both universal and specialist levels.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing and supporting students' communication and swallowing needs
Delivering individual and group therapy sessions
Supporting the development of a "total communication" environment
Providing guidance, training and coaching to staff
Contributing to multidisciplinary working within Integrated Services

About You

We are looking for a creative and passionate therapist who

Holds a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
Is HCPC registered
Has experience (or strong interest) in working with people with learning disabilities and/or autism
Is committed to person-centred, xbpsjku functional, and innovative practice
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
