Sports Teaching Assistant - Newham

We're looking for Sports TAs who understand that for some students, the pitch is the only place they feel confident. The court is where they regulate. The game is where they learn resilience.

Primary and secondary schools across Newham need energetic, grounded and inspiring Sports Teaching Assistants.

Your role:

Deliver and support PE lessons.

Run structured lunchtime and after-school activities.

Use sport to engage disengaged learners.

Support behaviour management through movement.

Mentor students who respond better to action than instruction.

Ideal background:

Sports coaching

Youth work

Personal training

Team leadership

Or simply someone with presence and passion
