  • Advise individuals on best practices for healthy working habits and injury prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to recommend appropriate ergonomic equipment where required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ergonomic guidelines, DSE legislation and Posturite products.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to explain ergonomic principles in a clear, friendly and approachable way.
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own diary.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and workplace safety.
  • Live in or around the desired location and have a full, clean driving license and suitable car entirely at your disposal.

A significant part of this role involves travelling to appointments, so it is essential that you are comfortable with and enjoy driving on a daily basis.

Desirable Background or Interests

  • A passion for helping people improve comfort, reduce pain or prevent injuries through better movement and posture.

Having this background or interest can be incredibly valuable when identifying ergonomic risks and explaining practical adjustments to clients in a relatable and engaging way.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Full training and ongoing professional development.
  • Opportunities to progress into more advanced ergonomic or consultancy roles.
  • Supportive team environment and a purpose-driven culture.
  • The chance to make a real difference to people's health and comfort every day.
