About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Site Manager to oversee the installation and delivery of fire sprinkler systems on a secure project. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations for sprinkler installation works

* Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors

* Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification

* Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations

* Liaise with clients, project managers, and other trades on site

* Monitor progress, quality, and performance of works

* Ensure materials, labour, and resources are effectively planned and utilised

* Maintain accurate site records and reports

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within fire protection/sprinkler systems

* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

* EL1 Security Clearance (essential)

* Strong understanding of sprinkler systems and relevant regulations/standards

* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Desirable:

* LPCB or equivalent fire protection qualifications

* First Aid certification

* Experience working on high-security or government projects
