Job Title Sr. Product Manager CT Job Description You are responsible for As a Circular Solutions Product Manager CT, you will be responsible for accelerating & unlocking the value of circularity by:
Identify market growth opportunities and build strong business cases to expand the Circular Equipment portfolio, driving implementation to plan. Act as business owner for the refurbished portfolio, with end-to-end accountability for performance, ensuring alignment of trade-in and market activation strategies to deliver order intake, revenue and margin growth. Lead introduction of the Select Edition offering including strategic pricing, catalog setup and upstream go-to-market alignment with Market Activation. Own the product roadmap and lifecycle from concept to launch, using Product Development Lifecycle Management framework (PDLM) to drive disciplined development. Develop and deliver business cases, portfolio claims and roadmap ambitions across commercial, installed base in partnership with key stakeholders to maximize value regeneration from returned systems. Collaborate closely with the CT business to align Circular Equipment strategy with broader business priorities. Deliver regular, data-driven updates to key stakeholders on business performance, risks, and opportunities, translating stakeholder input into actionable strategic and operational plans. Analyze market trends, competition, and segment development to ensure the portfolio stays relevant and competitive.
For this you will be working collaboratively with the CT business and the Circular Solutions Imaging activation manager to unlock circular growth and drive consistent circular processes. You are a part of the CLS Circular Solutions Marketing & Strategy Team. Within CLS, the Circular Solutions Marketing & Strategy team is driving the strategy, upstream and downstream marketing, business development & activation with all regions across all businesses, with main focus on Imaging, Image Guided Therapy and Ultrasound. Our team acts as an accelerator for unlocking the commercial value of circularity. We drive visibility of Philips Circular Equipment Installed Base replacement opportunities and drive Win More. The trade‑in team drives the take‑back with regions to ensure responsible end‑of‑use management by offering fair market values so that Philips can recover the most value out of the returning equipment (Retain more). To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent, with minimum 5 years (master) or 8 years (bachelor) of industry experience. Strong business acumen and ability to be an accelerator to unlock the commercial value of circularity. Market intelligence, Clinical Research. (New) Product Introduction (NPI) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Familiar with the CT product portfolio and its lifecycle is a pre‑condition. Stakeholder management, ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix organization. Bring people together and align them around common goals; leverage the power of Philips, independent from organizational structures and reports. Exceptional communication, influencing and change management skills.
