The successful candidate will be a thought leader who can help build and scale a best-in-class credit program. This candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end risk strategy to drive growth and solve business challenges to support customer capital needs while staying within risk tolerances. In this role, the candidate will work with Science, Product, and Tech teams to drive credit policy changes and evolve automated decisioning and credit monitoring systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong program management skills, be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused and team oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
