Your insights from managing key automotive retail partnerships will directly influence our marketplace within the Automotive sector.Key job responsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Management: Own relationships with high-value automotive sellers, develop account strategies, and drive business growth through data-driven recommendations and strategic initiatives.Onboarding Strategy: lead the onboarding strategy, ensuring seamless integration with Amazon's marketplace and establishing scalable processes that drive long-term success.Performance Optimization: Analyze seller performance data, identify growth opportunities, and develop comprehensive action plans to help partners maximize their business potential on Amazon.Program Development: Identify systemic opportunities and develop new programs or processes to enhance the automotive retailer experience. Collaborate with product teams to influence platform development based on partner feedback.Team Leadership: Mentor junior account managers, providing guidance on complex issues and helping develop their skills in partner management and strategic thinking.A day in the lifeAs a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will work cross-functionally with senior leadership across Seller Experience, Operations, Business Development, and Product Management. You will also build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders at automotive retail partners. Being an early stage business, you will be instrumental in defining the retailer experience on Amazon, providing valuable retailer insights to product teams and leadership, and create and drive initiatives for scale.This role is based in London with 10-15% travel to meet with automotive retail partners across multiple regions.About the teamThis role explores opportunities to innovate in the automotive space. Our team aims to raise the bar on the car buying experience for end customers, while enabling industry partners to drive growth efficiently by leveraging Amazon’s capabilities.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeSolid experience in strategic account management of large marketplace sellersExperience managing executive relationships with key business stakeholdersDemonstrated expertise in analyzing complex data sets and developing strategic business recommendationsMust be a self-starter with experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives in an ambiguous environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiencesExperience influencing internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated success developing and executing strategic account plans that drive significant business growthExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and advanced data analysis toolsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
