Our Applied Machine Learning (AML) teams vision is to extract valuable insights from video and deliver them to coaches, athletes and fans at the perfect moment. We build new experiences and power automation across Hudl, using cutting-edge computer vision and deep learning technologies, deployed both in the cloud and on our Focus cameras at the edge.
As a Staff Engineer, youll provide technical leadership for Engineers across the AML squads to deliver AI/ML solutions at scale, shaping the future of sports technology. Own complex, high-impact AI/ML projects. Youll work across multiple business units, ensuring high-quality delivery that aligns with business goals
Through your example, youll set the bar for engineering excellence, best practices and quality within AML.

You have a proven track record of delivering impactful AI/ML products at scale.
You have built, maintained and scaled complex AI/ML systems in production, and youre familiar with the full lifecycle of AI/ML models, from design to deployment and monitoring. Youve used AI/ML in sports to generate data and/or create insights.

Compensation
We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at Hudl's discretion.
