As our Staffing Manager, youll sit at the heart of our live delivery operation.Leading the staffing function end-to-end, youll oversee recruitment, compliance, payroll, and on-the-ground delivery across campaigns and activations throughout the UK (and occasionally further afield). This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.Youll work closely with the Head of Operations, Account Management teams, and field staff, ensuring every staffing brief is delivered smoothly, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
