Recruiting on behalf of our partner schools - Hays EducationHays Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well‑established primary school in Stafford in their search for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about helping pupils grow in confidence as they transition through lower KS2.
The RoleAs the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, well‑planned lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Provide effective assessment and feedback to support pupil progress.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom where all pupils feel supported.
Work collaboratively with the KS2 teaching team to maintain high standards.
Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
Take part in wider-school activities and contribute to school life beyond the classroom.
What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from:

Qualified teachers holding QTS, including ECTs, are ready for their first classroom role.
Teachers with recent experience in primary settings, ideally within KS2.
Individuals with strong classroom management and the ability to motivate pupils.
Teachers who are organised, reflective and committed to their ongoing development.
Enthusiastic educators with a genuine passion for supporting Year 3 learners.
