Recruiting on behalf of our partner schools - Hays EducationHays Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established primary school in Stafford in their search for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about helping pupils grow in confidence as they transition through lower KS2.
The RoleAs the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Provide effective assessment and feedback to support pupil progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom where all pupils feel supported.
• Work collaboratively with the KS2 teaching team to maintain high standards.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Take part in wider-school activities and contribute to school life beyond the classroom.

What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from:

• Qualified teachers holding QTS, including ECTs, are ready for their first classroom role.
• Teachers with recent experience in primary settings, ideally within KS2.
• Individuals with strong classroom management and the ability to motivate pupils.
• Teachers who are organised, reflective and committed to their ongoing development.
• Enthusiastic educators with a genuine passion for supporting Year 3 learners.
