track record

in commercial maintenance and ability to pass a security check. Sector: Commercial Maintenance Duties will all ppm and reactive maintenance on site, lighting, power, single 3 phase, checking fuse boards, distribution boards, riser inspections, panels as well as plant checks, ahu's, splits, fan coil units, escorting

sub-contractors

and general paperwork. Client is happy to progress candidates with

course etc. Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday with overtime if wanted and great company benefits. Salary 48K with extras. This is
