A leading FM company with contracts in high end offices, and other commercial buildings, as well as High-end residential properties, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer based in Central London paid £45-£47K Basic dependant on experience. As a Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be: -

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all Mechanical plant and assist with Electrical systems

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be attending breakdowns on all Mechanical plant Electrical systems

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be completing PPM's on AHU's FCU's and other mechanical plant

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £45K dependant one experience + package and company benefits

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be part of 3-man team on siteRequirements for the Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer: -

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all Mechanical and Electrical plant room equipment

Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer must have an NVQ/ City Guilds in Plumbing or Electrical
