What You'll Do:
Oversee all aspects of steel fabrication contracts, including contract management, project planning, and budgeting.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and accurate cost estimates.
Track project progress, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
Handle project challenges, manage change orders, and ensure all contract terms are met.
Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing steel fabrication projects and contracts.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
