Procurement:  Raise purchase orders and process stock orders aligned with company needs. Supplier Liaison:  Communicate with suppliers to source materials, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries. Goods In:  Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report any issues. Systems Use:  Use Xero for purchase orders and invoice management; Simpro for receipting goods and job allocation. Process Improvement:  Identify and implement enhancements to stock and procurement procedures. Compliance:  Ensure all activities meet company policies and ISO standards.
