MAK Jobs is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Stock Control Administrator.
Location: Daventry
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour (Overtime: £15.23 per hour)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a combination of l warehouse activities and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to maintaining stock accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular stock checks to ensure location accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Investigate and address stock-related issues in a timely manner.
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Demonstrate initiative in troubleshooting problems and suggesting process improvements.
Undertake general warehouse and administrative tasks to support operational requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or stock control environment.
Competent use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, along with confident email communication.
Strong attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive approach to work.
Desirable:
V alid Forklift Truck licences, specifically for Bendi trucks, or willingness to undertake training (full onsite training will be provided).
