We’re looking for a sharp, detail-focused Inventory & Stock Management Administrator to join a fast-paced, high-performing operational team in Derby. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring stock integrity across the business — owning reporting, reconciliation and inventory accuracy while supporting operational decision-making.

• Taking full ownership of stock accuracy across internal systems
• Running reconciliations and proactively investigating discrepancies
• Producing impactful weekly and monthly inventory reports in Excel
• Analysing stock trends, movements and variances to support planning
• Supporting demand planning and replenishment activities
• Working closely with warehouse, procurement and planning teams
• Assisting with stock takes and audit preparation
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in inventory, stock control or warehouse administration
• Competent on Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
