We are seeking diligent and motivated Cycle Counters to join the successful and rapidly growing team of our client in their large distribution centre based in Andover Business Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring products are correctly shelved, and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations. This role requires a combination of physical stamina and analytical skills to manage stock effectively. You will be trained on Man Up lift in order to reach stock located on higher shelves so you have to be able to work at heights. Working hours; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Duties will include: Investigating issues/stock file discrepancies Dealing with pick/pack issues Update the system to ensure an accurate stock record is maintained Effectively track all stock movements within warehouse, minimizing stock adjustments & losses. Maintain safe, secure & tidy warehouse environment.
