10+ years as a Storage Engineer in enterprise data centre environments. Strong, proven hands‑on expertise with Pure Storage (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, migrations). Broad and in‑depth experience across SAN, NAS, and backup technologies. Demonstrable experience delivering complex storage projects end‑to‑end. Strong knowledge of replication, DR, resilience, and data protection strategies. Working knowledge of VMware, Windows, and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with ITIL change, incident, and problem management. Excellent documentation and communication skills.

A calm, methodical engineer with strong technical leadership and a structured approach to delivering change. Someone who understands the importance of risk management in live production environments and is confident handling complex storage transformations.
