Store Director – Flagship Luxury Boutique, Central London

Location: Prestigious Flagship Store – Central London

Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to an international clientele.
  • Drive store performance, achieving and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Champion the brand DNA, ensuring impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards at all times.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in clienteling, nurturing relationships with VIP and loyal customers.
  • Partner with senior management and head office teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee seamless daily operations, while developing and retaining top talent.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager within luxury fashion, leather goods, or accessories.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of exceeding targets.
  • A natural leader with gravitas, able to inspire and motivate large, diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of luxury client expectations with a polished, sophisticated approach.
  • Strong organisational and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in a flagship environment.
