We are inviting a proactive, results‑driven store manager to lead retail operations, inspire a high‑performing team, and deliver world‑class service.
Responsibilities
Support and motivate the in‑store team on a day‑to‑day basis to achieve store targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to exceed KPIs.
Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
Be trained to become a Pandora product expert and nurture your team to unlock their full potential and support succession.

Key qualifications
Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service culture.
Ability to translate Pandora’s local and global business strategy into store, regional, and division KPIs.
Experience using data to identify trends, issues, root causes and taking action to deliver results.
Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
Well‑presented appearance with taste for desirable products and passion for retail.
