Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of your store. Youll lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service and strong business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
Recruit, train, and motivate your team.
Manage labour, stock, and operating costs in line with budgets.
Drive sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
Handle staff rotas, payroll inputs, and performance management.
Who Were Looking For
Experience as a manager or supervisor in food & beverage or hospitality.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Commercially focused with an eye for detail.
Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as required.
