Responsibility for the store and the autonomy to make decisions to deliver a great commercial return. Drive continuous improvement and maintain a forward-thinking approach to deliver strategic goals in store. Focus on your vision and direction and act as a role model for your store team. Inspire your team to drive their own development and support their training needs.
