The Role As a Store Manager Designate, your responsibilities will include:

Lead by example, making your store your own and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Ensure all staff members under your supervision are fully trained in every aspect of their job and can carry out their duties effectively. Ensure the store is fully stocked, labeled, and well merchandised. Comply with all company policies and processes, applying corrective action where required. Ensure the store achieves its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets. Ensure your cash preparation is completed as per the company procedures.

The Person The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience. A proven track record in managing small and large teams. The ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Good communication, computer, and numeracy skills.
