We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our flagship Islington store.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, takes pride in high standards, and knows how to create a store environment that feels both welcoming and exceptionally well run. You’ll lead from the front, coach your team day to day, and take ownership of the overall performance and experience of the store.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading, coaching, and developing the store team
• Setting the tone for an exceptional customer experience
• Driving strong day-to-day store performance through great service and high standards
• Managing rotas, stock accuracy, cash handling, compliance, and back-of-house organisation
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
• Using feedback and key performance indicators to improve performance week by week
• Supporting a store environment that includes regular cooking classes (a tutor leads these)

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading a team in retail, hospitality, or another service-led environment
• A strong coaching mindset and a track record of improving team performance
• Confidence in the operational side of running a store
• Good judgement, calmness under pressure, and consistently high standards
• A genuine interest in food, cooking, and helping customers learn
